As a recovering person, fitness plays a substantial role in keeping me on track. Injuries therefore, create one hell of a quandary. I've been struggling with injuries that have severely limited or eliminated my abilty to get to the gym recently. I intend to write about the overwhelming frustration associated with this (as a person that's battled alcohol addiction), once I get through it. Some folks slip because they feel so lost.
