I couldn't buy new indoor plant hangers from the lawn & garden department last October because all of the lawn & garden merchandise was stored away to make room for Christmas decorations.......in October! The powers that be will never allow a war on profits. I always say happy holidays and merry Christmas. I'm 60 and in all of my years, nobody has ever given me a dirty look for saying merry Christmas, but starting in the early 90s, (Coinciding with the rising popularity of Rush Limbaugh) some people did start rolling their eyes whenever I said happy holidays. Go figure.
