I desperately need to rediscover my appreciation for water. I just went through an entire day with nothing to drink but a couple cups of morning coffee and water and it was grueling! I always start my mornings with black coffee and an energy drink, and finish the remainder of the day with Diet Pepsi. Those beverages are horrible for my body, but water is sooooooooo boring unless I'm exercising. It's all in my head because of silly addictions.
Thanks for reminding me that I need to rehydrate naturally, with water!
