I don't take issue with any of these opinions, but it isn't difficult for me to see why some people do. Breaking free from rigid messaging that's been pounded into the heads of people suffering from addiction since 1935 doesn't happen overnight, but the truth is finally seeing the light of day. There's more than one way to recover, and there's no system or program that's universally successful. (Despite the angry grumbling of snotty old timers.)
