I have a medical license for treating nausea and loss of appetite from ulcerative colitis. Cannabis is the only treatment I've discovered that helps. Unfortunately, even in states where recreational use is legal, most employers still discriminate, and refuse to hire people that test positive in THC pre-employment drug screens. Many companies will still terminate existing employees that test positive in random screens as well. Alcohol absuers, with suspended licenses from DUIs, can stll show up to work sweating and shaking, but that's okay, because the highly addictive drug that is responsible for most visits to hospital emergency rooms is legal. (Also aggressively marketed) The stigma and hypocrisy is ridiculous.
