I just started doing this in cycles of 10 during my eliptical workouts. The heart rate monitor suggests that maybe, I can affect my BPM until I start going all out. It could be the equipment monitor isn’t accurate too. I have no idea, but it also pushes me when I start going all out. It’s nice to read this today.
