I was recruited by a company from St. Louis to train employees at a facility they were opening in Toronto back in 2014. The owners of the company were naive, and unprepared for how challenging it would be to have an American reside and work in Canada. The entire endeavor eventually exploded, but I had a firsthand look at how difficult it is to move there. I read a lot of comments from people that looked to Canada as their option if the US becomes dangerous for progressive thinking people. Well, maybe. But I'm not sure if they know that we can't just drive up and move in! There are other countries that are much less challenging to move to. Love me some Canada though!!!! ✌️
