Thank you. This is the first article I have read on stretching. Martial arts training increased my leg flexibility in the 90s, but now I stretch everything religiously because my body seems to crave it. It’s like scratching an itch. I don’t see other people doing it at the gym and I haven’t been advised to do it, but it sure feels right!!!! Your article reinforces what my body has been telling me. Stretching is good.
