Very nice! Reframing traditional approaches and views on relapses was helpful to me. After my initial feelings of regret, I stopped feeling an overwhelming sense of shame and defeat whenever I suffered a "setback/relapse", because for many people trying to break free, they're (relapses) simply another annoying, but necessary step in the process. No chips acquired by reward or repossessed as punishment. ππͺ
